Blessed are those who defend justice and do what is right at all times.
Reasons for being on JailedActivist.info:
- Sergeant Rivera was the individual responsible for having the liberty activists attending the arraignment of Dave Ridley arrested and sited for supposed disorderly conduct on April 13th, 2009. He can be heard in the audio clip released by Ian Bernard ordering people to leave “or everybody will be cleared out.” A couple individuals in the recording accuse Rivera of snickering while being requested to allow someone to check on Sam Dodson as he was screaming in pain while being arrested. Shortly after ordering the activists to leave you can hear Ian Bernard mention that Rivera had called in backup.
