Clifford Barnes, badge number 245, is an officer for the Federal Protection Service in Manhattan, New York City.
He was the arresting officer of Julian Heicklen each time he’s been arrested at the US District Court at 500 Pearl Street in Manhattan as well as the arresting officer for bile when he was arrested for filming Julian’s arrest on November 9th, 2009.
Barnes is a defendant in a civil complaint filed by Julian Heicklen and a separate case filed by the NYCLU on behalf of bile for false arrest and rights infringement.
