Freed on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2010 after the Manchester court accepted a motion filed a few days prior to have Mike released as the condition of a PR release was that his identity be known and that condition had been fulfilled.
He was being held at the Hillsborough in Manchester, New Hampshire for refusing to identify himself after being detained at an impromptu 420 celebration on Saturday January 16th, 2010.
He was to be held by the Hillsborough County DOC until he paid a $5,000 cash bond or identified himself. His trial was scheduled for April 5th, 2010. (Porc 411’s say April 4th but that is a Sunday.
